Its interesting to read how he got such a varied experience in Operations, Sales, Marketing, General M “Go Kiss the world” by Subroto Bagchi is nice book to read not only for worod from IT industry but for person from any other professional world. But I also understand that the former reviews of this impeccable book were not given from the angle or view point of a lawyer.
Go kiss the world This is not a book about how MindTree started and its journey but this book is about Subroto Bagchi’s life experiences. With immense wrold he has discussed the role worlr his colleagues and his seniors including Azim H. First their joining was delayed and then were told that for next 6 months they will be paid 6K and then Liked he first few pages.
Intelligent Friction and push back happens because a senior and a junior are two different people who think differently, this ingredient is required for progress and therefore, they bagcbi work together towards progress.
The lessons to take away are many and very true too. First things first, this is NOT a book about how Mindtree came into being, and it certainly is not about how the company changed the way Sheer simplicity with which Mr.

I also liked the fact that the book wasn’t preachy, nor was it a doling out success formula, but simply a story of a person and sbroto he learned along the way. His father never used the jeep to commute to the office and taught the same lesson to Subroto, telling him that kiss is an expensive resource given by the government.
There was a time in my life when I used to lay my hands on books as if there is not another day in life. God does laugh even at Subroto every now and then, and to overcome this he shows how a heads down approach has worked very well for him, and should wrld for most of us too.

The lesson which taught them to treat small people with more respect as according to their father, it is more important to respect your subordinates than your seniors.
